Lone Tree is a modern luxury home in Pine Canyon, Flagstaff's gated community in the ponderosa pines. A light-filled great room pairs soaring wood ceilings and walls of glass with views straight into the forest.

The open kitchen, oversized sectional and covered back patio make it easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. A floor-to-ceiling fireplace anchors the great room while clerestory windows bring the trees inside.

A split-bedroom layout gives the primary suite its own wing, and a second king suite opens directly to the patio. The home is on a single level with only a few interior steps, and a walk-in wet bar, laundry room and two-car garage make longer stays easy.

Can I rent in Pine Canyon if I'm not a member?

Yes. Non-members are welcome to rent Lone Tree for stays of 30 nights or more as a furnished monthly lease. Stays under 30 nights are available to Pine Canyon members.

Do you offer short-term rentals in Pine Canyon?

Yes. Pine Canyon members can book short-term stays with a 3-night minimum (5 nights over Christmas and New Year). Nightly rates run from $900 in low season to $1,400 over the holidays. See all rates.

Can I lease a furnished home in Pine Canyon by the month?

Yes. Lone Tree is available as a fully furnished monthly lease for 30 nights or more. Monthly rates are $11,000 from October to April, $18,000 in May, August and September, and $22,000 in June and July.

Where is Pine Canyon in Flagstaff?

Pine Canyon is a gated community on the south side of Flagstaff, Arizona, at about 7,000 feet. From Lone Tree it's about 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, 30 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl, 50 minutes to Sedona and about 90 minutes to the Grand Canyon South Rim.

Are Pine Canyon Golf Club amenities included?

No. Pine Canyon Golf Club is a private club. Golf, pool, fitness, tennis, pickleball, dining and other club amenities are not included unless access is specifically arranged or confirmed.

How many people does Lone Tree sleep?

Up to 10 guests across four bedrooms: two king suites, a room with a full daybed and twin trundle, and a room with two full beds. There are 3 full bathrooms and a powder room.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed by approval only. Mention your pet in your inquiry and we'll let you know.

What fees are added to the rate?

A $400 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay, a $1,000 refundable security deposit, and applicable taxes.
